Hi, my name is Kim Lemon and I am one of the founders of Success U! My background is in psychology and sociology with a focus on mental health awareness. I am now able to use a combination of these skills in my career within higher education student conduct. I am a parent of five children and have been through the college process four times. I have been on both sides of this transition as a parent and university staff. I know how difficult it can be for a parent to send a child off to college. I understand the trials and tribulations of first-year students and the need to assimilate to college life and find a niche. I am a first-generation student who is currently pursuing a doctoral degree, anything is possible! I am dedicated to assisting your student in their collegiate journey and coaching them to a successful college career. Think of Success U as insurance on your child’s college investment.

Hi! My name is Bryson Purcell and I am one of the co-founders of Success U. My professional experience is centered around University Admissions and New Student Programs so I get it, transitioning to college can be scary, but more importantly it should be exciting!

As a first-generation college student myself, I understand that the college search can be like moving to another country and not being able to speak the language. Think of my team as your own personal translator for any issues you come across in your new adventure!
